No. UK Luxury Rides is a dedicated chauffeur company. Every booking is pre-arranged and includes a professional chauffeur driving a luxury vehicle — we do not offer self-drive hire or street-hail taxi services.

We are based in London and cover the whole of the UK, including all major airports, cruise terminals, railway stations and cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, Oxford, Cambridge, Bath and Edinburgh.

You receive a fixed, all-inclusive quote before you confirm, based on vehicle, distance, time and any extras. There is no surge pricing. Airport parking, waiting time allowances and tolls are explained clearly in your quote.

We monitor your flight and include complimentary waiting time on airport collections, starting from when your flight actually lands. If you are held up at passport control, just let us know.

Yes. Our as-directed service lets you keep the car and chauffeur for as long as you need, with unlimited stops within your booked hours. Half-day and full-day packages are also available.

Yes. Baby seats, child seats and booster seats are available free of charge on request. Please tell us your children’s ages when booking so we can fit the right seats.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, major events and Rolls-Royce hire. We can often accommodate short-notice requests too — call us and we will do our best.

Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. Weddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings may have different terms, which we confirm in writing at the time of booking.
