1. About us
These terms apply to all chauffeur services provided by UK Luxury Rides (“we”, “us”). Our services are pre-booked private hire journeys with a professional chauffeur. We do not provide self-drive vehicle hire.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us by email or message. Please check all details — dates, times, addresses and flight numbers — and tell us straight away if anything is incorrect.
3. Prices and payment
Quotes are fixed for the journey described. Additional waiting time, extra stops, route changes requested during the journey, congestion or ULEZ charges where applicable, and parking may be charged as set out in your confirmation. Prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
4. Waiting time
Airport collections include complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time. Other collections include a short grace period. Additional waiting time is charged in increments as stated in your quote.
5. Cancellations and changes
Unless stated otherwise in your confirmation, standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, may be charged in full. Weddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings may have separate cancellation terms.
6. Passenger conduct
Smoking, vaping and the consumption of illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage or excessive soiling caused during the journey. Our chauffeurs may refuse to carry passengers who behave in an unsafe or abusive manner.
7. Luggage and property
Please ensure your luggage fits the vehicle booked. While we take great care, we cannot accept responsibility for items left in the vehicle, although we will always try to return lost property.
8. Delays
We plan every journey carefully but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents or other events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Child seats
Child seats are provided free on request. Please give accurate ages and weights when booking so that the correct seats can be fitted.
